Steigenberger Hotel & Spa Krems, Krems an der Donau

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the wellness area offered a nice escape with great amenities, the indoor pool was disappointingly cold, especially for winter. The room cleanliness and some of the fixtures fell short of expectations, which impacted my stay. On the positive side, the breakfast variety was impressive and the spa treatments offered were relaxing.

My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While the view over Krems and the Danube was lovely and the amenities were decent, the overall service left something to be desired, and I felt underwhelmed given the price. The breakfast was subpar, and the interaction with staff could improve as I received very limited information about available services.

However, I wouldn't choose to stay here again, especially given the cleanliness issues and lack of attention to detail.
